About the Role We are looking for an energetic and experienced Store Manager to take charge of a large-format, high-volume outlet store at Liverpool's Fashion Spree. This role requires a confident leader who can manage a big team, deliver operational excellence, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for creating structure and accountability, inspiring your team, and ensuring the store operates at peak performance.
